SYLVIA KHOURY

Plays include SELLING KABUL (Playwrights HorizonsWilliamstown Theater Festival), POWER STRIP (LCT3, development at Playwrights Horizons, WP lab), and AGAINST THE HILLSIDE (Ensemble Studio Theater, development at the Lark, the O'Neill, Roundabout Theater Underground, and NNPN). Commissions include Lincoln Center, Williamstown Theater Festival, Seattle Repertory Theater, and The LAMF/Protozoa Theater Fund.  

Awards: Pulitzer Prize Finalist (Selling Kabul), 2021 Whiting Award for Drama, L. Arnold Weissberger Award and Jay Harris Commission and a Citation of Excellence from the Laurents/Hatcher Awards

TV/Film: Currently developing an original TV project at FX with the Js and another original TV project with Plan B. She was a 2024 Sundance Screenwriting Lab Fellow
